Click Equipment from the Operation menu to enter the Equipment Management screen.

This module is for equipment inspection, maintenance, and repair management. It is divided into three management screens. The following demonstrates the operation screens of each module.

1. Patrol Inspection
Add preparatory setting for inquiry and inspection:
Go to "Related Settings" to check the project and form settings.
Click to add a new inspection item


New inspection items will be generated after saving

After the addition is completed, you can go to Inventory Management > Choose Form Settings to add a new form.

Form Item Setting
Add new form items, you can define items by yourself

Default Items
Added default inspection items to the form so that items can be automatically brought into inspection in the future

Check the required inspection items and submit

Return to the screen to view the newly added items

Related Files
Files can be uploaded or files can be dragged and uploaded.

Process Log
Here you can view the change record of the inspection document, such as the time of change, the person who changed it and the content of the change

Go to Equipment management to create inspection orders

1.1 Add New Patrol Inspection
Click "Add New Patrol Inspection"

Enter the Form ID to search the magnifying glass, select and click "Save"

After saving, enter the inspection order editing screen.

1.1.1 Patrol Inspection Detail
When you open the inspection form, you can see the items automatically brought in and fill in the inspection results.

1.1.2 Print
This tab is used to print inspection report

1.1.3 Process Log
Here you can view the change record of the inspection document, such as the time of change, the person who changed it and the content of the change.
1.2 Draft Patrol Inspection
This screen allows you to search for draft Patrol Inspection

1.3 Active Patrol Inspection
This screen allows you to search for active Patrol Inspection

1.4 Search Patrol Inspection
This screen allows you to search for all Patrol Inspection for all statuses

1.5 Patrol Inspection Calendar
You can also go to Patrol Inspection Calendar to add a new inspection order schedule. You must select the previously created form.


You can see the created inspection schedule in the calendar

1.6 NG Pareto Chart
Numerical values can be calculated in the inspection sheet to represent the source and type of defects that occur most frequently.


1.7 NG Pie Chart
The pie chart shows the numerical value of defects after inspection


2. Maintenance
To create a maintenance item, first go to tab Maintenance in "Related Settings" and click on Add new maintenance item.

Maintenance items will be created after save


Information such as maintenance frequency and corresponding tool ID can be filled in on header.

After the addition is completed, you can go to Inventory Management > Related Item Settings > Form Settings > Click Add New Form Settings

A new form will be created after saving

Default Items
Added default inspection items to the form so that items can be automatically brought into inspection in the future

Select the required maintenance items and submit to bring in the default maintenance items. Close the upper right corner to close the screen.

Return to the screen to see the newly added maintenance items

2.1 Add New Maintenance
Click "Add New Maintenance "

Fill in the form number, select it from the magnifying glass, and click "Save" when completed.

Maintenance Detail
When you open the maintenance form, you can see the items automatically brought in, and you can fill in the maintenance results.
Note: In related settings > Maintenance items, a new item has been added, so there are already items to choose from.

This tab is used to print reports for maintenance orders

Process Log
Here you can view the change record of the maintenance document, such as the time of change, the person who changed it and the content of the change.

2.2 Draft Maintenance
All maintenance orders with draft status can be queried

2.3 Active Maintenance
All maintenance orders with active status can be queried

2.4 Search Maintenance
All status maintenance orders can be queried

2.5 Maintenance Calendar
You can add a maintenance schedule to the maintenance calendar. You must select the form.

Select the schedule date, select the form and submit it

Click "Confirm Appointment"

You can see the created maintenance schedule in the calendar

3. Repair
To create a repair item, go to the Repair in "Related Settings" and click to add a new repair item.

Fill in the repair item code and name and click Submit


After the addition is completed, you can go to Inventory Management > Related Settings > Form Settings > Click Add Form Settings

New form default items can be customized so that they can be automatically brought into repair in the future


Related Files
You can upload relevant documents and files by selecting files to upload or dragging files.

Process Log
Here you can view the change record of the form document, such as the change time, changer and change content

3.1 Add New Repair
You can add repair records to the Equipment management screen and click the "Add New Repair" button

Click to choose Form ID


Enter the repair request editing screen

3.1.1 Repair Detail
Select this repair item on the repair order

Submit after selection, close the screen in the upper right corner
Note: In related settings > Repair items, a new item has been added, so there are already items to choose from.

Go to the repair request and fill in the repair content

3.1.2. Print
This screen is used to print repair reports

Here you can view the change record of the maintenance order, such as the time of change, the person who changed it and the content of the change.

3.2. Draft Repair
All repair orders with draft status can be queried

3.3 Active Repair
All repair orders with active status can be queried

3.4 Search Repair
All repair orders with all status can be queried

3.5 Search Repair Item
Repair items with all statuses can be queried

3.6. Pareto Chart

3.7. Pie Chart

4. Related Setting
To set the settings for inspection, maintenance, repair and other items, please refer to 1. Patrol Inspection; 2. Maintenance; 3. Repair

5. My Approval
Display all the machinery and equipment documents that you need to sign for. If there is no problem with the documents, you need to sign them until the case is closed.

Select all, and fill in the approval conclusion is ok>Sign

6. Process Log
This screen is used to query the change records of all machine equipment documents. You can use the magnifying glass to search by UserID
