Service Management

This module will record the service content with customers and suppliers after sales. Select Customer/Supplier Service Management from the Operation menu to enter the Service management screen.
1. Create Customer Service
The purpose of customer service management is to record the service tracking after sales between customers and the company
In the customer service management screen, click Add Customer Service
After click New Customer Service you will see the full screen following
After filling in the Customer ID in the new screen, save and create a new customer service record.
After adding, a new customer service record will be opened
2. Customer Service Edit
After create successfully Customer Service, on the top of this screen, you see some buttons as Delete, Submit, Reset.
Relevant fields can be changed or deleted in the customer service
Click button Delete to delete customer service, click button Submit to save after adjusting and changing data. If you sign next step from Draft to Active, click button Sign or Auto Commit.
After confirming that the information is correct, sign the document to Active
2.1. Service Description
On this page, you can fill in the suggestions and detailed instructions for the customer service
2.2. Service Detail
On this page, you can view the customer service order item content. Usually, the item is added here from the shipping order item, so it will be linked to the shipping order and order, and order adjustments (exchanges) can be directly created.
2.3. New Service Detail From Shipping
In this screen, you can select the shipping order items that need to create customer service items. This screen is for selecting shipping details, so information such as batch numbers will be displayed.
2.4. NCR Related NCR
After the customer service is created, if the customer wants to make a return, it needs to be reviewed and evaluated, so Non-Conformance Report (NCR) must be created. Check the customer service and click to create NCR.
After NCR is created, it will be displayed above. Click the NCR ID to open NCR editing.
NCR will be linked to the source customer service and shipping order
Or you can manually create NCR through customer service form
2.5. Related Credit Note
Customer credit notes can be created at here
2.6. Related APs
You can create customer account payable orders at here
2.7. Related File
In this screen, you can upload relevant files, usually images or text files.
2.8. Message
In this screen, you can create relevant contact orders and link to this order for tracking.
2.9. Related Email
Related emails can be viewed on this screen
2.10. Process Log
In this screen, you can view the change record of this document, which will record the change person, change time and change field.
2.11. Related InvJPlan Records
This screen allows you to view related transactions linked to this order.
This screen allows you to search for draft customer service
This screen allows you to search for active customer service
This screen allows you to search all customer service
6. Create Supplier Service
The purpose of supplier service management is to record the service tracking between suppliers and the company after purchase
Click New Supplier Service in the Service Management screen
After click New Supplier Service you will see the full screen following
After filling in the supplier in the new screen, save and create a new supplier service.
You fill in Supplier ID and click “Submit” then you will see the screen below
7. Supplier Service Edit
After create successfully Supplier service, on the top of this screen, you see some buttons as Delete, Submit, Reset.
Relevant fields can be changed or deleted in the Supplier service
Click button Delete to delete supplier service. Click button Submit to save after adjusting and changing data. If you sign next step from Draft to Active, click button Sign or Auto Commit.
After confirming that the information is correct, sign the document until it is active

On this page, you can fill in the suggestions and detailed instructions for the supplier service.
7.2. NCR Related NCRs
NCR can be created manually in the supplier service
7.3. Related Files
In this screen, you can upload relevant files, usually images or text files.
7.4. Message
In this screen, you can create relevant contact orders and link to this order for tracking.
7.5. Related Email
This screen allows you to search for draft supplier service
On this screen you can search active supplier service
You can search all supplier service on this screen
