Supplier Management

Supplier management is to set supplier information, such as communication records, payment terms settings, supplier transaction details, etc., and can view and track related transaction records.
1. Create Supplier
In Tab: Basic / Supplier
Select the 'Add new supplier' as picture below
In new window, fill information for supplier (note information have symbol “*” is request input)
· Supplier ID: supplier code, which can be by default or change the code.
· Supplier Name: enter supplier name.
· Supplier Short Name: short name of supplier.
· Country: Select a country from drop-down list.
· Currency Type: select the corresponding currency (USD, NDT,VND,...)
· TaxRate, Payment Format: fill in tax rate and select payment format
After you complete information, click Submit. Supplier editing screen appears.
2. Edit Suppliers
After searching for the supplier, you want to edit, click on the supplier ID
The supplier editing screen is as follows. You can edit and save changes at the top, and you can view supplier-related documents on the sub-tab below:
2.1. Payment Setting
Payment information can be set, such as payment method, payment terms, etc.
2.2. Supplier Items
At Supplier screen, you can see basic information about supplier's materials
In this screen, you can manually maintain supplier materials, including supplier material number, unit price, etc.
2.3. Supplier Setting
Set basic supplier information, contact information, invoice information, and more

2.5. Branch/Factory
This tab is to set related information such as supplier's branches or other factories
2.6. PO Receiving
This tab is to query receiving transactions and warehousing items relates to supllier
2.7. Cash Flow Records
You can query the supplier's relevant cash flow records, such as the purchase amount,…
Search PO
To search all purchase orders related to suppliers
Search PO Item
This tab is to search related purchase order items and amounts
Uncleared APs
This tab is to search outstanding payable transactions and amounts
Search APs
This tab is to search payable orders
Search Payment Item
This tab is used to search for details of supplier payment orders
Search Collection Item
This tab is used to search for details of collection transactions
2.8. Debit History
To query related debit note records of supplier
2.9. Supplier Service
To query service records relate to supplier, click "Add New Supplier Service" to add new transaction.
2.10. Email
This screen displays related emails. You can also click “New Email” button to create a new one.
2.11. Messages
In this screen, you can view related contact transactions, and also click "New Message" to add new transaction.
2.12. NCRs
To view documents for non-conformity reports related to suppliers
2.13. Related Files
In this tab, you can upload the file if need
2.14. Supplier Contact Log
This tab is to show relevant records of dealings with suppliers, such as negotiations, etc.
2.15. Document
Can search documents relate to supplier at this tab.
To add new files, please go to Document Management > tab Supplier Document
2.16. Process Log
In this screen, you can view the change records of this supplier screen, which will record the change person, change time and change field.
3. Supplier Management
3.1. Search Suppliers
This tab is to search all Supplier IDs.
3.2. Supplier Project
Active Supplier Projects
This tab is used to search supplier projects with status = Active.
Draft Supplier Projects
This tab is used to search supplier projects with status = Draft.
Search Supplier Project
This tab is used to search all supplier projects with all statuses.
3.3. Search Supplier Items
Search Supplier Items
This tab is to search for all product codes and product names of suppliers
Print Supplier Items This tab is to print product list to pdf
3.4. Supplier Contact
This tab is to search for contact information of suppliers, such as name, phone number, etc.
3.5. Supplier Related Setting
This tab is settings for supplier: payment methods, etc. The setting method is the same as the customer settings.
3.6. Online help
On this screen, you can view online documents or help content. If you need to upload files, you need to enter the setting page of the approval process.
3.7. Process Log
In this screen, you can view the change records in supplier screens, which will record the change person, change time and change field.
