Customer management is to set customer information, such as communication records, payment terms setting and list of transaction details about customer.
1. Add New Customer
In Tab: Basic / Customer
Select 'Add New Customer' as picture below
In the new window open, we enter customer data (note information have symbol “*” is request input)
· Customer ID, Customer Name, Customer Short Name
· Currency: select currency used for customers
· TaxRate, Payment Format: fill in tax rate and select payment format
· Country: select a country for customer
· Sales: this is responsible person for business with customer, selected by clicking the magnifying glass
After you complete information, click Submit. Editing screen appears.
2. Edit Customer
After creating the new customer, click on that CustomerID which just was created, you will see the layout:
The customer editing screen is as follows. You can edit and save by button at the top, and you can view related information on the tabs below.
2.1. Orders
Search Orders
To search all sales orders that relates to customer.
Search Order Item
To search items in sales orders that relates to customer
2.2. Quotes
To search quotes / inquiry transactions that relates to customer.
2.3. Account Receivables
You can search receivable transactions by search criterias.
2.4. Collection
Collection transactions of customer can be searched at this screen and can select by time.
2.5. Shipping Records
Shipping records related to customer can be searched at this tab by using criteria likes Transaction date or Transaction ID.
Search shipping items that relates to customer.
2.6. Custody Transfer Detail
Can check import/export items of custody transactions
2.7. Customer Setting
Pressing “Customer setting”, the following screen will appear:
You can set up Payment Method, Payment Format and Other Information, then click Submit to save.
Check your basic information.
· Customer Setting Tab: set up information about payment format, phone, contact address....
· Transaction Record Tab: display transaction associated with this customer.

2.9. Customer Items
At tab “Customer Items” you can change and add the customer product information, including customer Item No, customer item name, unit price.
If need to add new customer item, you can click “Add Items”, then pick the item to click button “Transfer Selected Item”
Notice : Customer item no cannot be duplicated. If you want to search items that have the same characters in the item no/ item name, you can fill search criteria with %.
Example: search item no = PAF% => result shows items: PAF001002, PAF001003
Customer products can be printed to pdf/ excel file
2.10. Cash Flow Records
At this tab, cash flow record can be queried like receivables.
Unpaid Invoice
Query outstanding receivables and amounts.
Search CPayment Item
To search items and amounts of the collection receipts.
AR/Collection Summery-By Date
Query statistical reports of receivables/collection receipts based on date.
Search AR Interest
2.11. Email
This screen is to show emails relates to customer. You can create new email by clicking button "New Mail".
2.12. Message
At this tab, you can query previous messages or click button "New Message" to create new one.
2.13. Related File
In this tab you can upload the file if need:
2.14. Credit History
You can query Credit History of customer in this tab, example: Down Payment, deposit, Credit Notes, Debit Notes...
2.15. Customer Service
You can query customer service records, and click "New Customer Service" to add documents.
2.16. NCRs
This tab is to search all Non-Conformance reports of customer.
2.17. Project
This tab is to query related projects of customer. Projects can be linked by filling in customer ID. You can also click "Add New Project" to add a new one.
2.18. Contact Log
This tab is to view records of dealings with customers, such as negotiations, etc.
2.19. Document
All documents that relates to customer can be search at this tab. For more detail of these documents, please read at Document Management >> tab Customer Document.

At this tab, you can see records of changing in customer screen. It will record who changes, time and which columns.
3. Customer Management
3.1. Customer
This tab is to search all customer IDs.
3.2. Prospect Customer
For companies/ persons hasn't been official customers, you can add them to Prospect Customer and using button "Add New Prospect Customer" to add.
The screen is similar with Add new customer screen, but title is "New Prospect Customer"
3.3. Individual Customer
Can be set as personal related customers, you can click "Add New Individual Customer" to add a new one
The document name is “Individual Customer”
3.4. Individual Prospect
This tab is set as personally relevant potential customers, click to button "Add new Individual Prospect" to create new customer
The document name is “Individual Prospect”
3.5. Customer Project
Active Customer Projects
This subtab is to search all customer projects with status = active.
Draft Customer Projects
This subtab is to search all customer projects with status = draft.
Search Customer Project
This subtab is to search all customer projects with all status
Customer Projects Report
Customer projects can be searched and displayed in report
Customer Project Progress Schedule Item
You can track detail progress of projects, example: Planned Start Date, Planned End Date...

Information about progress tracking of the project can be queried at this tab
3.6. Search Customer Items
Search Customer Items
This tab is to search all inventory item no and related customer ID
Print Customer Items
Customer product data can be printed
3.7. Customer Contact
Can be search contact information of customer in this tab like customer name, phone number...
3.8. Customer Contact Log
Customer Contact Log
This subtab is to search documents and information about contacting with customers.
Customer Contact Log Report
Information relates to deal with customers can be searched and printed at this tab
My Approval
This option displays all transactions that have steps you can sign.
Pick choose the documents that need to be signed. You can use the "Pick All" button to choose all documents.

Customer Stock
This tab is to query customer inventory information
Custody Remain Detail
This tab is to search custody transactions relate to customer like Check Out Days, Delay Days
3.11. Production & Sales Report
Sales Development
This tab is to search information for sales development purposes
You can check delivery shipping detail, custody transfer and forecast orders
Production & Sales
A picture of the intersection of business (demand) and production (supply)
You can seach information such as sales orders, sample request orders, custody transaction, forecast orders...
3.12. Rental Stock
Query customer rental inventory information, such as warehouse, inventory, etc.
3.13. Customer Report
You can print all information of customer as report and also search by Customer ID
3.14. Batch Update Sales Person
Saler for customer can be updated in batch at this tab
Fill in Customer ID to search, then pick choose, select user ID for column "Update Sales" and click "Update Sales" button.
Seach customerID to check again, Salesperson has been updated
3.15. Customer Related Setting
Customer related setting including customer payment term, Customer Subtype, Industry Type,… click customer payment term to edit
Go to tab ‘Add New Customer Payment Term’ and fill in the detail then click ‘Submit’
Then go back to tab ‘Customer Payment Term Detail’
You can see the record created
3.16. Online Help
On this screen, you can view online documentation or help content. If you need to upload files, you need to enter the setting page of the approval process.
