Mr. Yen has held various leadership roles within Altair, including product management of Altair’s flagship modeling and visualization software, engineering consulting operations, marketing and business development. Prior to the current role, he led the Industry Verticals and Sales Enablement Team identifying the major trends, challenges and requirements of various industries globally, formulating go-to-market strategy, and enabling sales by aligning Altair’s technologies to maximize business opportunities, and values to customers. His diverse assignments include global centers of excellence and overseas business expansion in Japan, Greater China, Asia-Pacific and European regions. Recently, he drives innovative solutions that help customers to achieve their net-zero and circularity commitment through computational science and AI.
Mr. Yen is also the program manager and the presenter of the Altair Enlighten Award - the automotive industry's only award dedicated to lightweighting and sustainability. He earned his master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Raymond Wang has earned international recognition in leading CJCHT Group to achieve it's sustainability goals, with a strong influence across global supply chains. He has previously served as a patent attorney at Tsar & Tsai International Law Firm and held key leadership positions in intellectual property management at a semiconductor company. He is also a founding partner of a major venture capital firm, actively involved in multiple high-tech startups.
Since 2008, Raymond has focused on sustainable development and green strategy planning through Nanozeo and CDP projects, promoting circular economy execution and fostering industrial collaboration and startup support. In 2021, he announced CJCHT Group’s commitment to achieving a 1.5°C science-based carbon reduction target under Nanozeo.
As CEO of Nanozeo, Raymond led the development of Nanozeo.eFootprint.net, which has become an authorized partner of global databases such as ecoinvent, CLCD, and ELCD, with a focus on supply chain management and database services. The platform offers robust data integration capabilities aligned with international LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) standards, providing comprehensive environmental footprint management solutions.
As Founder of SFiTcorp.com, Raymond has participated in numerous carbon footprint database co-development projects and introduced the WebLCA methodology along with international carbon footprint databases. SFiTcorp leverages its strong R&D capabilities and specialized databases to offer ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) solutions for data, product, and consultancy services, helping companies achieve carbon reduction and sustainability goals.
Nanozeo’s eFootprint platform has accumulated over 40,000 LCA models and supports global carbon footprint calculations and ESG strategy development, making it an important partner for international brands and supply chains.
